When you use services such as text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference video-to-video, we collect and process the text descriptions you input and the image/video/audio files you upload. These files are used solely to generate the video content you request.
3. User Resource Management
The image, video, audio, and other resource files you upload will be stored on our servers for video generation and management functions. These resource files are retained for 30 days by default.
4. Notifications
We may send you service-related notifications via the contact methods you provided at registration (such as email or SMS), including but not limited to video generation completion notifications and account security alerts.
5. Operations and Security
To ensure the normal operation of the service and account security, we collect device information, operation logs, IP addresses, and other information to identify abnormal requests and prevent security risks.
6. Model Optimization
To continuously improve our AI models and service quality, we may use your input content and generated results for model training after de-identification. You can disable this feature in your account settings.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to remember your login status, preference settings (such as theme mode), and to ensure service security. You can manage or clear cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may cause some features to not work properly.
3. Delegated Processing, Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Information
1. Delegated Processing
We may delegate the processing of your personal information to third-party service providers (such as cloud service providers and SMS service providers). We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with the entrusted parties and require them to process personal information in accordance with our requirements, this Privacy Policy, and applicable laws and regulations.

5. Information Storage
1. Storage Location
Personal information collected and generated within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored on servers within the territory. Currently, we do not transfer your personal information abroad.
2. Storage Duration
We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to provide you with services: account information is retained for as long as you maintain your account; uploaded resources are retained for 30 days by default; generated videos are retained for 1 day by default; operation logs are retained for at least 6 months. After the above periods, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You can log into your account at any time to view the personal information you have provided;
- Right to Rectification: You can modify your personal information (nickname, birthday, gender, description, avatar, etc.) in your account settings;
- Right to Deletion: You can delete the resource files you uploaded and the videos you generated, and you can also apply to delete your account;
- Right to Account Deletion: You can apply to delete your account in your account settings, and we will process your request within 15 business days;
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for data to be used in model training by turning off the "Use data for optimization" option;
- Right to Complain: If you have any objections to our personal information processing, you have the right to complain to us or to the relevant regulatory authorities.
7. Protection of Minors
Our main services are intended for adults. If you are a minor under the age of 18, please read this Policy under the supervision of your legal guardian and use our services with the consent of your legal guardian. We will not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of major changes, we will post a notice in a prominent location on the website or notify you through other means.
