4.1 Responsibility

You are responsible for your input content and the generated results. You warrant that your input content does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, portrait rights, etc.).

You retain ownership of your input content. To the extent permitted by law, we assign the rights to the generated results to you.

4.3 Data Usage

To optimize and improve our AI models, we may use your input content and generated results after de-identification. You can opt out of this feature in your account settings.

4.4 Output Characteristics

Due to the nature of AI technology, generated results have a certain degree of randomness and uniqueness is not guaranteed. All AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice. You must evaluate and bear the risks of relying on generated results yourself.

4.5 AI Labeling

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, AI-generated content may need to be labeled. You must not remove, alter, or circumvent these labels.

5.1 Credit System

Using the Site's AI video generation service consumes a certain number of credits. Different models, resolutions, and durations consume different amounts of credits. The credit consumption calculation method is as published on the website.

5.2 Obtaining Credits

You can obtain credits through registration bonuses, purchasing credit packs, or subscribing to monthly or annual plans. Purchased credits are non-refundable, except in cases caused by system errors.
